Security Dynamics Corp., (SDC), is a fully-insured, Illinois licensed private security contractor and private detective agency, serving all of Illinois, with specialization in the greater Chicago area. Illinois requires security companies to carry $500,000 in liability insurance; however, SDC carries $5,000,000 in liability insurance, full worker compensation insurance, automobile insurance and officer bonding, as necessary. SDC is an Illinois licensed Security Contractor Agency, license #122-001021, and an Illinois licensed Private Detective Agency, license #117-001332.
SDC was founded by a 20-year law enforcement professional, who partnered with other law enforcement professionals to provide affordable, premium security to a wide variety of clientele, including:
- A transportation-based federal agency
- A national railroad
- An Illinois-based, national meat product processor and distributor
- An international trucking transshipment terminal
- A 2000 seat, live-performance theater, that includes performances and special events
- Charity events for a nationally recognized non-profit organization
- Suburban VFW post
- Dignitary protection for a touring stand-up comedian
- A national restaurant chain
- Patrol-based security, for a south suburban residential community
SDC is owned and operated by law enforcement professionals, with a combined experience of nearly 75 years. Our supervisors are assigned to clients and have overall responsibility for operations, as well as authority to make decisions, which reduces the number of layers between the client and the company President.
